What are BOMSocks made of? 

These are not your standard "el-cheapo" novelty foot bags.  Our socks are hand stitched by over 100 sweet grandmothers every day while they listen to The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square while occasionally taking breaks to bear testimony to each other. 😇 

OK, just kidding...they are actually a perfect combination of rayon, polyester to keep the designs always looking fresh, and a super soft cotton bottom that give them the most perfect cushioning.  Our customers not only rave about our super cool designs, they also LOVE their amazing quality and how they feel!

How do they fit?

BOMSocks have the perfect amount of stretch and are generally a "one size fits most". 

Simply put...

Our MENS Socks are sized to fit a size 6-13 Man, or a 10-13 Woman.
We've had them fit smaller feet, and we've had them fit bigger, King-Kong type feet. We've even had some size 14-footers love these as well!  

Our WOMEN/YOUTH Socks are sized to fit a 5-10 Woman or a 3-8 Man
Perfect for the small footed man, and the wife of any age.

Our KIDS Socks are sized to fit a 10-3 Child
For your smaller and cuter Primary aged kiddos.

Our ANKLE Socks are sized to fit a size 6-13 Man, or a 10-13 Woman
This way you "socks and sandals" types are covered!

Of course, if they don't fit - just holler at us and we'll either hand sew you a new pair or find another sensible alternative to help you out.

Can my missionary REALLY wear these?  I thought they could only have "conservative" socks?

Oh, boy...great question - we get it all the time!  

In the new and updated official Missionary Handbook under “General Guidelines” it says “Choose socks that match the color of your slacks or shoes. A blend of synthetic fabric and cotton or wool is best for absorbing moisture. Wear socks that are loose across the toes (excessive pressure from shoes and socks can lead to ingrown toenails). Do not wear no-show or ankle socks.” 

Some people choose to interpret that to their own liking, which is their prerogative - and we totally respect that!   Our socks coordinate and compliment most any missionary outfit.  We feel quite confident that our amazing socks will help them share the gospel message even more.  

And with the most recent changes in June 2020 to the missionary clothing guidelines, we're confident that these will even play a more prominent role in your missionary's wardrobe and approachability.

For your more conservative types, don't worry - we've still got plenty of styles to choose from.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, of course! 16 million+ members in a worldwide church - we gotta take care of our international peeps!  Since we aren't a Fortune 500 company (yet...) we don't have warehouses on every continent, so we do have to charge an additional fee for international shipping.  You'll see that additional charge added at checkout. 

Can you ship directly to my sweet missionary?

Of course! We can ship to their most current address - just be sure to change it in your account when they move. Or you can always use the mission address and your missionary will get their package at zone conference or interviews with the president.  Be careful though!  He may want to steal them for himself!
